Terms of service
The deal between you and us: what we do, what you pay, and what happens when it goes wrong.
1. Who we are
Sweep is a service run by THE ALAN GROUP LIMITED ("Fieldline", "we", "us"). Our postal address is [Postal address to be added before launch]. These terms apply when you sign up for Sweep ("the service"). Customers see Sweep. Fieldline is the operator.
2. What the service does
We look for commercial facilities in the area you choose and email the people who decide on cleaning contracts, on your behalf. When one agrees to meet you, we book the meeting and tell you.
We email only. We don't text or cold-call. Outreach does not start until you connect a calendar. You can choose whether a person checks every outgoing email, only the uncertain ones, or none.
3. What you pay
You pay $150 (US dollars) for each booked meeting you accept. There is no monthly fee, no setup fee, and no charge for a meeting you do not accept.
A meeting is accepted when you say so, or when 72 hours pass after it without a flag. A no-show, or a meeting we agree wasn't right, is not charged. The first weeks are lighter while we warm up the sending mailbox.
4. Flagging a meeting (72-hour window)
After a meeting, you have 72 hours to flag it if it wasn't right, for example if the prospect didn't turn up, was the wrong person, or never agreed to the time. While a flag is open we do not charge for that meeting. We review it and tell you our decision by email.
If you don't flag it within the window, we treat the meeting as accepted and charge $150.
5. Your area
We check whether we can take on another cleaning company in your area. We do not promise an exclusive territory. If an area is full, we say so and you can ask to be told when a place opens.
6. What you agree to
Give us accurate information, including your list of businesses to skip. Turn up to the meetings you accept. Don't use the service to contact anyone in breach of the law. Keep your sign-in details private.
7. Cancelling and pausing
You can pause or cancel from your account or by writing to us. Meetings already booked can still be accepted or flagged. You can delete your account and data from your account settings.
8. Our responsibility
[LEGAL REVIEW: limitation of liability, warranties and indemnities to be drafted by counsel.]
9. Changes and governing law
We'll tell you by email before any change to these terms takes effect.
[LEGAL REVIEW: governing law, jurisdiction and dispute resolution to be confirmed. Charges on this page are in US dollars.]
